Factories As-built Survey Work Experience
AM Denim International Port Qasim
8 acres factory of Artistic Milliners at Port Qasim in this as-built survey we were responsible for making of drawings of all the buildings with internal and external details along with measurements, in which some of the buildings were seven stories high. This work included the dimensions of columns, beams, doors, windows and two section of each floor of buildings.
Getz Pharma
Getz pharma factory at Korangi in this as-built survey we were responsible for making of drawings of all the buildings with internal and external details of severeage along with measurements, pipe dia, pipe material, Manhole detail, in which some of the buildings were 5 stories high. This work included the sections and isometric drawing.
Lotte Pakistan
Lotte Pakistan factory at Port Qasim area in this as-built survey we were responsible for making the rotary Kiln foundations drawings and surrounding area 5th floor high steel structure along with anchor bolt, piping, verticality alignment checking, measurements, pipe dia, pipe material, motor foundations and column details in which some of the pipes very high from floor . This work included the sections.
Naveena Factory
2 acres factory of Naveen at S.I.T.E area in this as-built survey we were responsible for making of drawings of all the buildings with internal details along with measurements. This work included the dimensions of columns, beams, doors, windows and two section of buildings.
Dadex Factory
400 ft x 150 ft warehouse of Dadex factory at Hyderabad, in this as-built survey we were responsible for making of drawings of all the warehouse with internal details along with measurements. This work included the dimensions of columns, beams, carbles, Pocket and two section of warehouse.
Agha Steel
650 ft x 100 ft building of Agha Steel, This as-built survey scope of work is described below. The survey was conducted with reflector-less robotically total station.
- We completed the survey and recorded the unloaded position of the columns and the crane beams.
- We did the survey and recorded the loaded position of the columns and the crane beams
- We also recorded the difference/relative deflection in x, y & z axis of the columns and the crane beams.
